A Brazilian Native, world citizen and life explorer... My prior career in the field of communications as head of Export Marketing for a Latin American company is followed by 15 years in the Entertainment industry. In a fast-paced on-the-go track I ‘burned out’, stress wrecked my nervous system and I disconnected from my spirit. A synchronistic introduction to shamanic energy medicine showed me a new path and a whole new life of brilliant possibilities and fulfillment - and Consciousness, my greatest gift. Through my own healing journey, by witnessing and integrating my own struggles and transformation, I understood my calling - to hold space for others so they too can re-connect, embody and unleash their radiant selves.

I have trained and continue to study with leading experts in the field of quantum healing. Becoming a Reiki Master was the first step in what became a lifetime passion and commitment to the healing arts. As a graduate of the Four Winds Light Body School led by Dr. Alberto Villoldo, I became a Certified Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner deepening my knowledge of  neuroscience, quantum physics and the energetic body.  

At the Chopra Center, I learned different modalities of meditation and wellness tools to holistically incorporate into my own unique practice. Frequencies, sound healing, breathwork, grounding, shamanic journeying... each technique works different aspects of the energy field to release blockages, stimulate harmonic energy flow, heal past traumas, promote heart-brain coherence and overall well-being.

My mission is to live in ceremony:  to elevate holistic experiences grounded in nature, to foster community and to inspire extraordinary lives. My baby boy Luke here, a rescue who has filled my heart with joy for the past 13 years reminds me daily: you are our greatest adventure! XO
